Why ALDC
The Compounding Advantage
The Early Water Data Hub gives every brand on your roster the ability of Compounding Advantage.
The Hub gets smarter every day. Every campaign, flow, and client question teaches the next one — and no other agency can shortcut what only time and real client work can build. The agencies that begin first compound the furthest.
Day 1
Connect your data. Intelligence begins immediately.
Day 90
Patterns emerge. Channel and cohort signals deepen.
Year 1
Institutional knowledge per client that compounds across the roster.
Every section below is evidence of how this advantage compounds.
The Intelligence Multiplier
Frontier AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude are powerful — and your team should absolutely keep using them. ALDC doesn't replace those tools. We augment them with a per-client Data Hub that connects each brand's campaign data, client history, and channel signal to the AI tools your team already relies on.
What frontier AI does well today
Summarize creative briefs, audit decks, and client communications
Answer general questions about DTC marketing, Klaviyo flows, and CRO
Draft campaign copy, client check-in notes, and CMO updates
Remember prior conversations and browse the web for context
These capabilities are real and improving fast. The question isn't whether they work — it's what they can't reach.
What no single AI model can do alone
One model for every task
Using a single AI for classification, extraction, embedding, and reasoning is like using a hammer for every job. Each task has a model that does it best — but standalone tools give you one.
No specialized pipeline
90% of the work happens before anyone asks a question — ingesting Klaviyo events, GA4 funnel data, paid spend, and cross-referencing the brand's full history. No frontier AI does this on its own.
No client-specific knowledge
They remember conversations — but not each brand's flow history, cohort behavior, or the operational knowledge of running that brand's growth. There’s no persistent intelligence layer that compounds per client.
No cross-channel reasoning
They analyze data one source at a time. Connecting paid spend to email engagement to on-site conversion to LTV requires different models for different tasks — extraction, embedding, synthesis — working together.
Enterprise Intelligence System
An AI-native intelligence system where the right model handles each task — Haiku for extraction, Voyage AI for embeddings, Sonnet for synthesis, and a multi-model router for conversational access. Structured data, unstructured knowledge, and query-level learning — continuously improving per client across the roster.
Eclipse
Structured Intelligence
Connectors & Data
Out-of-the-box connectors to Klaviyo, Hero, Gumshoe, GA4, Shopify, and major paid-media platforms. Haiku classifies and routes incoming data; entities are extracted and normalized automatically — no integration project required.
Zeus Memory
Unstructured Intelligence
Knowledge & Memory
Ingests client calls, creative briefs, audit decks, and Gumshoe competitive reports. Voyage AI and Gemini generate precision embeddings for text and audio. Sonnet synthesizes entity profiles and validates cross-references. The Hub compounds with every interaction.
Zeus Chat
Evidence Engine
Conversational Interface
Conversational interface powered by an intelligent model router that adapts as models evolve. Routes each task to the best frontier AI — Anthropic for reasoning, Gemini for multimodal, OpenAI for generation, Voyage AI for search. Always the right model for the right task.
Connected to your team's preferred tools through open integration protocols. Your team keeps what they already use — the intelligence layer works behind it.
What the agency can do with this that it cannot do without it
See a unified view of every customer relationship per brand — across email, SMS, paid, organic, and on-site
Connect Klaviyo flow signal to GA4 funnel and paid spend — CMO-ready answers in minutes, not sprint cycles
Surface funnel and cohort insights that reveal where the next leak fix lives
Build cumulative client knowledge that compounds with every campaign and every conversation
The AI models are the same ones everyone has access to.
The difference is that every task your team runs through this Hub makes the next one faster, more accurate, and more valuable — per client.
That advantage compounds — and it starts the day you begin.
The Right AI for Every Task
No single AI model is best at everything. The system automatically selects the right model for each task — fast classification for incoming events, deep reasoning for funnel scenario analysis, precision search for evidence retrieval — so every client question gets the best available answer.
Specialized AI for Every Task
The system adapts as AI models improve — always routing to the best fit for each task

Ask & Learn
Conversational interface that answers questions with cited evidence — and improves with every interaction
The AI models powering this system are available to anyone. What isn't available is the intelligence they've built on each client's data, your team's questions, and the operational knowledge of running growth work at scale.
One Per-Client View. Unlimited Perspectives.
What if Klaviyo, Hero, Gumshoe, GA4, Shopify, paid media, and client comms could all talk to each other — per client, with strict isolation? ALDC's Data Hub connects each of them into a single per-client layer, then generates as many purpose-built views as the engagement requires.

Every data source normalized into a single knowledge layer per client. Fully cross-referenced, continuously updated, semantically searchable. One source of truth for each brand on the roster.
Purpose-Built Views — Create as Many as You Need
Per-Client Operating Picture
Live KPIs across email, SMS, paid, organic, and on-site funnel
Attribution Spine
Channel → subscriber → purchase, with a chain of evidence
Funnel & Cohort View
Live drop-off, LTV by acquisition cohort, and leak detection
Client CMO Brief
Realtime summary — spend, attributed revenue, profit lift
Client Reporting Package
Auto-generated reports tailored to each client's KPI set
Cost-Per-Acquisition Model
Blended and channel-level CAC — updated continuously, not monthly
The data is ingested once — and the intelligence layer compounds from that moment forward.
Every new source enriches every existing view. Every new question is answered with the full weight of everything that came before it.
Evidence-Based Answers, On Demand
Client check-ins, growth-sprint reviews, CMO updates — they all need answers fast, drawn from across every channel, with full attribution. Not summaries. Evidence that holds up to a CFO, a client board, and a paid-media audit.
Attributed
Every claim cites its source
Confidence-rated
Certain vs. evolving
Legible
Glance or deep-dive
Always on
No analyst bottleneck
Where would an extra $25K of email + paid spend on Flux Defense produce the largest profit lift this quarter, given current flow performance and the 96.93% view_item→add_to_cart drop-off?
Modelled across the current Flux funnel, the largest profit lift comes from a browse-abandon flow targeted at the view_item cohort — the 96.93% drop-off is the single biggest leak in the funnel, and email is already the highest-ROAS channel ($555K attributed on 326K sends). A secondary lift comes from shifting paid spend to the two states (TX, PA) where AOV runs 18% above portfolio average. Sensitivity is dominated by flow send-rate and creative refresh cadence, not by spend ceiling. All figures illustrative pending live data ingest.
Every answer is traceable. Every source is cited. And every confidence score rises as the Hub ingests more of each client's history.
The answer you get in month twelve is categorically better than month one — because the evidence base has been compounding since day one.
Per-Client RBAC
One Hub, scoped to every client on the roster
Early Water runs a single Hub for the agency. Every client signs into their own scoped view of it — same shape, different numbers, isolated by design. Every lane below is a separate tenant.
Tenant isolation at retrieval
Every chat answer and every dashboard query is scoped by client_id at the data layer. The system literally cannot return another client's data — the prompt isn't a guardrail, it's an enforcement boundary.
Per-client API keys
Each client's external integrations (Klaviyo, Shopify, Hero, GA4) authenticate with rotatable keys scoped to their tenant. Compromise of one never reaches another.
Audit trail per client
Every read, every write, every chat exchange records who saw what, when. When the brand's CMO asks 'who pulled this number?', you have the answer.
Roster patterns, never client-identifying
The Compounding Insights layer learns across the whole roster anonymously. You get 'flows of this shape lift hardest in DTC outdoor' — never 'Brand X did this'.
The dashboard you're looking at on this site is one tenant's view. Switch clients in the picker on /dashboard to see how the same Hub re-themes per scope.
Security Confidence
Built for the IT & security review
A high-level posture summary for the technical audience. Happy to walk through any of these in detail with your security team — this is the conversation we expect, not the one we avoid.
Cloud Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure
Hosted on Azure with managed Postgres, regional residency, and the operational maturity that comes with a hyperscale provider — not a self-hosted database in a closet. Encryption at rest is enforced by the platform.
Transport
TLS Everywhere
Every API call and database connection requires TLS. No cleartext paths. CSP, X-Frame-Options, and Referrer-Policy headers locked down at the edge.
Access Control
RBAC + Default Deny
Role-based access control evaluated on every request. Permissions are explicit; the default answer is no. Tenant isolation is enforced both in the application layer and at the row level in the database.
Multi-Tenancy
Row-Level Isolation
Every row carries a tenant identifier; every query is scoped to the calling tenant. Postgres row-level security policies make cross-tenant reads impossible at the storage layer — not just the application layer.
Audit Trail
Immutable Append-Only Log
Authentication events, permission checks, data access, and administrative actions are written to an append-only audit table with sensitive-field masking. Correlation IDs let you trace a request end-to-end.
Data Stewardship
Controller / Processor Model
Modelled on the EU GDPR controller/processor framework — which we consider world-class — and aligned with California's CCPA/CPRA where relevant. Each client remains the data controller for their brand. ALDC operates as the data processor, with a chain of evidence that traces every claim back to source. Per-client RBAC means one client's data never appears in another's view.
Framework & Practice
- Compliance framework aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control families — implementation in progress, not currently certified
- Security controls reviewed and documented internally; ready to walk through any specific control with your team
- API keys are rotatable, scoped per integration, and never logged in cleartext
- Vulnerability scanning and dependency review run continuously across the stack
We run on US Azure regions and treat IT & security review as a normal part of doing business rather than an obstacle to get past. If your team has specific questions, controls to map, or a security questionnaire to fill out, we'll show up prepared.
Unmatched Capability
Give every brand on the roster the operating picture it deserves.
A per-client Data Hub isn't a product you install. It's a capability that compounds from the moment you begin — turning each client's campaign data into an attribution spine that grows more valuable with every send, every cohort, and every sprint.
The agencies that begin first compound the furthest.
